If you would like to register your child in our program, please complete the following documents and return your completed registration package to the school.

Please contact Gaby at – She will be able to provide a personalized PRC letter to attach to your Vulnerable Sector Check. You are able to complete the Ottawa Police Service Vulnerable Sector Check online and this is typically the fastest option. If you are able to receive a digital copy, you should forward the PDF to the registrar.

Please fill in the PAD form and attach it to the Registration form to send to the registrar.
**Please note we no longer accept cash or cheques for the $25 registration fee and $45 activity fee.

Registration takes place on a first-come-first-served basis. If you would like to tour the school or speak to a teacher prior to registering, please email our teachers at  or call the school at (613) 839-3416.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from our registrar. 

Cancellation Policy

Programs must be 90% full one month prior to the program’s start date. If the program is less than 90% full, the Executive Committee will decide if the program should be cancelled. If the program is cancelled, all funds will be refunded in full.

Withdrawal Policy

The registration fee is non-refundable unless the program is cancelled. A minimum of 30 days notice is required for all withdrawals during the school year. To withdraw a child from classes before school begins, the school must be notified by July 31st or one month’s tuition will be non-refundable. If any child withdraws after March 30th, fees for the balance of the school year will be forfeited.
