Gabrielle Brune
As a registered Early Childhood educator, I have over 25 years of experience working in the field. I am a member of the College of Early Childhood Education as well as the AECEO. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR.
I have enjoyed being a teacher at the Carp Cooperative Nursery School since 2012 and I feel fortunate to be part of this school community. I love interacting with the children and encouraging their curious, creative minds. I take great pleasure in watching them learn. My goal is to ensure that every child thrives in our safe, loving and nurturing environment. I am also passionate about inclusion in the classroom and I believe all children can succeed in a positive setting.
In my free time, I love to read and I enjoy camping, canoeing and being outdoors in general.

I have been working in the education and community service settings for over twenty five years. I believe that every child has a right to an equal opportunity to learn in an inclusive environment that meets them where they are at. As a biological, adoptive and foster parent of ten children, and grandparent to five, I adore children in all stages of development, however, preschool aged children have a very special place in my heart, and are my true passion. I am honoured to be a part of Carp Cooperative Nursery School community, and I promise to care for and teach your children as if they were my own.
In my free time I love reading, learning, playing with my big dogs, and spending time with my always-growing family.
